News of JSC "Pavlovo Bus"
Conference of Council of Directors.
10th of April, 2001 the regular Conference of Council of Directors of JSC "Pavlovo Bus" take place. There were considered questions, dealing with the next annual general meeting of shareholders, which will take place on the 15th of June, 2001. The agenda contained confirmation of the new project of "Regulations for annual general meeting of shareholders ", preliminary consideration of the annual report, profit and damage annual accounts, current account of JSC "Pavlovo Bus".
In the limits of preparation for meeting of shareholders there were considered the decisions of the following questions: "Recommendations for the volume of dividends and the order of payment", confirmation of auditor for JSC "Pavlovo Bus" for the period of 2001-2002, confirmation of the order information the shareholders about next ΟΒ annual general meeting of shareholders and other items of regulations.
Council of Directors of JSC "Pavlovo Bus" also considered fulfillment of finance plan for the 1st quarter of 2001 and the plan for the 2nd quarter of 2001. There was considered and confirmed report of Securities Commission of JSC "Pavlovo Bus".
It was decided during April to consider new reduction of business-plan for 2001 and to confirm all changes in the structure of the enterprise at the next Conference of Council of Directors of JSC "Pavlovo Bus".
